As the team consists of Jen and Danielle, between us we're always on the other end of the phone for you - no matter what! You'll be given specific numbers to ring if you need to get hold of us out of hours too.

HANDS-ON APPROACH

We're not just here to post content for you, we film content in person where possible! Failing that we'll edit any content sent over to us into your social media posts along with matching it to trending audios, trending hashtags and where possible, tapping into current trends.

OUR PROCESS

INITIALLY

We begin with a fact-finding meeting to establish your brand goals, current marketing campaigns (if any) and then discuss how we can align your socials content with this. We'll then go through the on-boarding process where we get logged into all accounts, provide an analytics report of where you're currently at, and then put a plan together to present on how we'll get you to where you want to be!

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

Complete management of your social media so you don't have to even think about it any more! We know this is a stress-relief every business owner/ marketing manager loves the idea of!

We'll report back weekly or monthly on how content is performing, and make amendments/suggestions for the week and month ahead.

All content will be collated and scheduled in advance so that if we do happen to need anything from you, we can ask you for these resources in good time.
